You may return the good(s) purchased from SmartGek within 14 days of your original purchase. On the premise that you are returning an item due to damage or fault must be unused and returned in its original manufacturer packaging.

We recommend you contact our customer service team first before any return and we will provide the best support to you as we can. 

If your item is lost or misplaced in transit then please contact us, we will strive to resolve the problem to your satisfaction. 

Exceptions

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned due to hygeine and health & safety reasons; Opened e-liquids, drip tips (mouthpieces), opened coils, and atomisers or vaping kits which have been filled with liquid or used.

There are also certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: any product otherwise working but with obvious signs of use or wear and tear. Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

The platform (http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) serves as a site where consumers can try to reach out-of-court settlements of disputes arising from online purchases and contracts for services.
